Workforce Development Program

In fall 2022, Imagine Art embarked on creating the Workforce Development Program with a grant from the One Star Foundation. The purpose of the grant was to support AmeriCorps members prepare for “Life After AmeriCorps,” specifically in the area of employment.

As a result, the project is

• Connecting AmeriCorps Members to Employment Resources, offering a self-guided and a guided path to employment

• Connecting AmeriCorps Members to Artist Resources

• Connecting AmeriCorps Members to their One Stop for guidance and resources designed by AmeriCorps to support them throughout their service year and beyond

• Recruiting high school graduates interested in taking a Gap Year to AmeriCorps
