Tillery Update
Live + Make created its Limited Partnership Agreement with MRE Capital for the development of our affordable housing project, located at 1127 Tillery Street.
We have established a 55 year partnership and negotiated both a ground lease and a development agreement with Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC). The development team submitted the pre-app to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), a competitive process for 9% tax credits. The full application is due in March 2021. Pre-development grants are pending and we hope to make announcements soon.
