HOST HOME LIVE IN COMPANION

Imagine Art seeks to establish hosts who are interested in providing a residential setting to persons with intellectual developmental disabilities. This position provides 24 hour live-in support for 1 or 2 persons in the home. The host provides the home or apartment and Imagine Art contracts with the host to pay a day rate. Imagine Art provides support services that include social work, nursing, employment services and access to our day studio. The Host is able to secure other employment in addition to this opportunity. Clients seeking host are diverse in age, disability and level of independence. Imagine Art seeks individuals, couples and families interested in partnering with us to provide therapeutic and empowering residential settings to our clients.

LIFE COACH / ATTENDANT

We are looking for full and part time individuals who will come alongside our clients with intellectual developmental disabilities and provide attendant care for our long-term care program. Each client is unique, bringing unique needs, services and schedule. We focus on independent living and we empower our clients for self-advocacy and skill development. These positions occur in-home and often include transportation, cooking, shopping, meal preparation, cleaning, mentoring, training and personal care.

REGISTERED NURSE

We are looking for a PT LICENSED, qualified, detail oriented and driven Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Home and Community-based Service Waiver (HCS) and Texas Home-Living Waiver (TxHmL) Provider, Imagine Art provides individualized, direct services to clients with intellectual/developmental disabilities. We are coordinating an array of services that enable persons with IDD to thrive in community based settings and avoid institutional care options.

PEER SUPPORT INTERN

Training 4 Transformation, a program that trains and certifies peer specialists is hiring PT peer interns to serve in launching our certification program. We seek persons with I/DD (intellectual developmental disability) with lived experience as a Medicaid Waiver recipient - specifically the HCS, Tx Hm Living, Class or Deaf-Blind Waiver. We also see peers with a dual diagnosis of paralysis and I/DD. We are looking for peers who have a variety of gifts. Are you tech-savvy? Are you a people-person? Are you resourceful? This job may be for you!
